Sacha Inchi Seeds, Yacon and Goldenberry Exotic Broccoli Salad

Quinua 100 gr
Olive oil 5 ml
Zuchinni 1/2
Pinch of salt
Sacha inchi 50 gr
5 tomato cherry
Broccoli 1/2 cup
Mushrooms 200 gr
Garlic clove 1
Golden Berry 50 gr
4 basil leaves
1/2 pepper



1. Boil the Quinoa for 12 minutes, then strain.

2. Put the broccoli in boiling water for 1 1⁄2 minutes.

Then pass immediately through cold water with ice.

3. Sauté (stir fry) with a dash of olive oil on a good pan, one by one the following in this same order: champignons, peppers, tomato cherries, zuchinnis and broccoli and mix all this ingredients in the same pan with a garlic clove. Then add the yacon syrup, 1⁄2 tsp of sesame oil and your favorite pink salt.

4. Add the cooked quinoa, the golden berries, the sacha inchi and the fresh basil and mix gently a couple of times. Serve, enjoy and feel awesome!
