1 cup of baking powder
50 gr of Maca Powder
3/4 Quinoa Flour
150 ml of almond milk
2 tblsp of Maple syrup
1 tblsp of cinnamon
1/2 tblsp of Coconut oil
Toppings: peanut butter, Cacao Nibs and Greek yogurt
1. Put ingredients in blender 30 – 60 seconds: 2 eggs + 1 tblsp baking powder + 50 gr Maca Powder + 3⁄4 cup of Quinoa Floor + 150 ml Almond milk + 2 tblsp Maple Syrup + 1 tblsp of Cinnamon.
2. Heat 1⁄2 tblsp coconut oil in pan. Add 1⁄4 cup of blended mix to pan for each pancake and brown on each side.
3. Add toppings: peanut butter, Cacao Nibs and Greek yogurt
