Blend or process all the ingredients. Use a putty knife to push out whatever is left on the edges to make the process easier.
Add more milk if you find it getting too dry.
Blend until smooth and serve with a little cocoa nibs for an extra crunch.
Protein Chocolate Mousse

- 1 cup of cooked chickpeas
- 3 fresh medjool dates without seeds
- 1 scoop of protein
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1/3 cup non-sugar added non-dairy milk (more if necessary)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Topping: cocoa nibs
